    A solas 3x15.5x17 is/was perfect for my boat 6200 rpm WOT, The only prop suzy had in stock was the 3x16x17 I needed it in an emergency. The Solas spun the hub in the middle of a trip. Anyone know if you can still get a new hub pressed in still? (not happening in Alaska)

    Update, as of yesterday 4900 rpm 22-23 knots @ 9.4 gph, 30 knots at 6050 rpm @18 gph. FLAT WATER, HEAVY Loaded & 100 gal. fuel. :thup :mrgreen:

    I repowered with a DF200 in May, now have 60 hrs on the motor. Fuel usage AVERAGE is 2 - 2.5 mpg, a little bit better than the 3000hr DF175(2012) motor Prop is a suzy 3 blade stainless 16dia. x 17p. (6000 rpm @ WOT)

    Windy might be great for landlocked stuff, it is nearly 100% wrong on Alaska N. gulf coast & Cook inlet marine forecasts. Good old N.O.A.A. is always pretty darn close! :thup

    That refers to 5200 being too difficult to remove a fixture in the future. If you warm up the fixture / area with a heat gun it comes off easy. Heat gun for shrink tube in the electrical / plumbing industry.

    I use 5200! Never an issue never leaks! People that whine about removal of fixtures/hatches etc. don't know how to use a heat gun! :mrgreen: :roll: :thup

    Find a REAL DEALER, Suzuki's do not vibrate normally! Have a bad / cracked spark plug? My DF175 has 3000 trouble free hrs. Quiet as can be Trim/tilt stuck all the way down?

    1985 C-Dory 22 Cabin Door Keys

    My 1991 22 had a Perko lock asy. on the cabin door. Any locksmith should be able to hand cut you a key, he will need to come to the boat or lock to do it! :thup
