    Water in Cabin

I am the proud new owner of Thisaway (2006 22’ Cruiser). Battery left on 2. Both bilge pumps on Auto. When we have a downpour (3.4”/hr.) by the time I get to the boat (at the dock)the water in the cockpit is lower than the floorboards but there is 3” of water in the cabin. What am I doing wrong?

    Throttle Play

The throttle on my 2006 Yami 90 hp on Bobby Lou (19' Angler) has a long throw with no response, then suddenly kicks up fast. If I am not careful passengers suffer. The cable seems tight and I don't know where else to adjust it. Any ideas? Roger

    Sealing deck screws

This is pretty elementary but important to me. What should I use to seal deck screws (eg navigation lights, rod holders)? A West Marine salesperson told me to use 5200 but didn't seem very sure. I want to be able to remove them. Thanks, Roger

    New (to us) Boat

Well, we did it. We bought a 19' Angler C-Dory. Her name is Bobby Lou and she is beautiful, especially as she sits at our dock in Campbell Creek, NC.

    Newbie

Hi- I am new to C Dory but not new to boating. Time to move from sail to power. I became interested in the C Dory because of its hull; my wife is adversely affected by the motion of a displacement hull. I have found a boat i might be able to afford: It is a well equipped 2006 19' angler...
