You also need to do your trim tab screws and your raw water thru hull. I found neither of these were sealed from factory.

You can get parts for your King trailer from a number of trailer parts supplier, Champion Trailer Parts, Trailer Depot, etc. Probably a lot cheaper too. Do a search for "trailer parts".

First thing I would do, would be to run some sea foam or yamaha ring free through the motor and clean out all the carbon, then see how it runs.

I've been wanting to mount a paper towell rack on the cabin wall and was wondering what everyone is using, since the wall is too thin for screws. 5200? Epoxy? Wondering how you remove it in the future if need be.

Yes, you are feeding four more cylinders. It wouldn't double but I guess would use a 1/3 to 1/2 more fuel.
