For those of you who emailed me about more pictures, I was able to upload more cabin photos today for your observation. As you can see this boat has had much less than average use and is a real gem.
Ok, Here are more details about my Tom Cat 24
More photos coming when I can find them in my hard drive! The story on this boat is unique, It was purchased new by a elderly man from Indiana. He was the owner of a Marina with a wide selection of boats and slips to choose from. It ha twin...

I don't have much experience with outboards but the 2001 Tom Cat 24 I bought last year has 2 - 115 Merc EFI 4 strokes. I ran them alot last year and they never even sneezed. They work great. I think all current manufacturers seem good.

One scarey thought someone mentioned was what if the thru hull for the head was leaking water into the balsa core? Hmmmm? I also wonder what if it has always been like this and I just noticed it recently? Thats even scarier! C-dory factory has not returned my call yet.

I noticed something unusual with the way my TCat 24 is sitting in the water. She seems to sit about 2 inches lower on the starboard stern. I cant find any water in the hull. I have no water in my water tank and fuel levels are equal at 1/2 full. Port side seems normal. Any ideas on what...
I put the Permatrim tabs on the end of last year. I have a 24ft TomCat. I was basically trying to get the whole boat out of the water more. I would say they do work but in adjusting trim you need to watch or you could have water fly all over the engines or shoot a rooster tail out 20 or 30...
We just got an Aire "Tom Cat" inflatable kayak for our TC24. ( I guess we just like Tom Cats?) I havent had a chance to put it in the water yet but the write ups on it are good. I inflate it with a foot pump or the exhaust on my hand vac. 3 weeks and we'll put the boat in if it dosen't snow!

I don't find it easy to launch or retrieve but we get it done. I did have a 40 inch tounge extension made by a friend (sounds weird). I haven't had to use it yet but it would have been useful in some of the shallow low grade ramps I've been to. I do have inner bunks to guide the boat on...
Forgot to mention that I will be installing 2 Trojan 6V batts to the house system. I've had very good results with Trojan batteries with my previous solar powered boat. It had 12 6 volt batteries running 2 banks 48V each. I ran the boat for 5 years and the new owner ran it all summer '05...
