TURBO INFLATOR! I use my electric leaf blower to fill up my Aire kayak and old Zodiac. Seems to take about 15 or 20 seconds held loosely on the valve. I open the valve and just hold nozzle on the opening. I finish it up with my foot pump. Works great if you have electric available.

I've had window work done by BOMON Marine in Montreal. http://www.bomon.com/ I was happy with their price and quality. They produce a lot of OEM windows and doors for other boat companies. Their shop was full of windows and doors. Good luck.

Just blew in the little side hole.... and it soulds like a loud baratone goose!!! I assume that makes it Coast Guard approved.

I finally got a chance to test drive a Moki in Vermont. Someone was nice enough to allow me to take it for a spin on a choppy day on Lake Champlain. It felt steady and moved nicely and quickly. I can see how it would make a nice dingy for someone. I wrote to the company about some issues...

I agree a local shop should be able to produce a better priced product and I prefer to support local business. Unfortunately for me, the local shops did not offer better pricing for the full canvas with screens and plastic windows etc even with shipping included.

I highly recommend King marine. They have the patterns for the Tom Cat 24 and did quality work, as well as shipped the canvas from Washington to Vermont. Everything fit together and they provided support when I had questions. Phil from Vermont
