How does the 22' C Dory do in 5-8' swells? Any info/experience is appreciated.

Has anybody on here pulled there C Dory with an extended cab V6 Toyota pick up? I've got a 22" and looking at using a Toyota to start pulling it instead of my F350 Diesel. Any thoughts to this are welcome.

Maybe I'm wrong but doesn't it show the year and size of the C-Dory in the upper left hand section next to my name? Just in case I am wrong it is a 22' Cruiser and the year is a 2005.

I am considering selling my C Dory but am not sure on what a fair price is to ask. I have added a few options since I purchased her. She has never been in salt water and has less than 30 hours of fresh water usage as well. Any suggestions on what a fair price that I should ask is appreciated...

I have been considering the idea of possibly changing out my canvas bulkhead with a solid bulkhead but was interested to know if anybody else has had to do that. The canvas isn't too bad and does keep the inside somewhat warm and the rain out but I would think a solid bulkhead would do much...

I have a 22' Cruiser with a canvas bulkhead instead of a wall bulkhead. It still does well in the winter and is "GREAT" in the summer. As far as size goes, it fits 5 of us on fishing trips very easily. I'm not real sure about the 16' but I will definitely tell you that you can not go wrong...

We might be interested as well. I have not put my boat out on the California coast yet so I might do some researching first to see what I should expect with the water. I will definitely keep you posted and it does sound like a good time.

I also want to say when I purchased the Windlass from Defender.com it came with everything to install it. As a matter of fact the dealer even told me that if I wanted to that I could just have it delivered there. I do not recommend buying from a dealership that forces you to purchase there...

I just wanted to say thanks for all the info from all my C-Dory Buds out there. I bought the Lewmar Windlass Pro-Fish 700 series with the free fall option from the Defender.com website. I have posted the pictures on the sight after it was installed. Thanks again.
