    Evinrude Outboards gives up

https://fishingtackleretailer.com/brp-d ... ry-marine/ On the bright side, their Austrailian boat brand aquisitions might bring some fresh boat designs to north america! Greg

SO WHAT DID YOU DO WITH OR ON YOUR C-DORY TODAY??

Mounted a set of these this week to see if they would quiet some of the vibration noise of our 90hp Suzuki and I have to say it made very little difference. A pretty easy job with a chain hoist and something to hang it from. http://www.qwikmarine.com/mobile/Produc ... e=MDRNG-BP Painting the...

BC Closes all Provincial Campsites to Nonresidents this Year

Nice to have a boat and anchor. No sites required and hoping we can get up there again in August. Right now, we are settling for a sunny evening at Sucia at the start of a long boating weekend. Greg

    Portable Refrigeration

Our little engel 14 has 15 frozen bottles in it right now and we run it continously for months each year.. we use a few bottles in two cooler seats and rotate them daily for unlimited dry and cold storage for as long as we stay out. Would buy it again without hesitation. Greg

    Buying new batteries

Our current set of house batteries is the vmax brand sold by amazon. It has been 2 seasons and I monitor them closely, solar charge them, and they are doing great and were well built. They have the common variety of sizes. Greg

    SATPAQ Messenger

There is simply not enough details on their site to allow me to fully understand what I am buying. And there are some misleading technical details in use that bother my better judgement. (WIFI chip talked about when comms with phone are bluetooth?) I also found this which means the service...

    Any Clue What These Are?

Should be a gas stove and not need any generator for use. They do draw some 12v power, especially at startup, but after that, they are very power efficient. Greg

    No 2020 Calendar...

Sorry to the crews who have faithfully contributed pictures, and purchased the C-brat calendars over the past few years. Thank you to Sam of Retriever for getting those started in the first place. We had a good run, but the order numbers grow thinner, and honestly the next few weeks are going...

Anyone using a Drotto Boat Latch

Not seen that product before, I can't always get the trailer down into the water quite enough to float the boat on that far. We don't power the boat up as the energy exerted at the contact point is just begging to hurt something or someone. We float it on and winch it in. Nice boots make it...
