I have talked to more than one Tomcat owner, both 24 and 255 models, who say that for a smoother ride, speed up and the catamaran effect gets the boat up on top of the chop for a better and smoother ride.

Murthog, Do you have the forward facing port passenger seat? If so, you have to slide the seat forward on its track and lock in place. Your table must be hinged, so bring up the part that is hinged down and lock in place. You probably have some sort of slide support underneath that supports it...
