We made much the same trip your looking into. What worked for us was to Island hop hitting most of the state parks in the San Juan Islands and having a great time. Take your crab trap and cooking pot for same. :beer Once your at Stuart island you pick the day and the tide, and it's a short jump...
Anyone know someone that has been using this stuff for a few years and if so whats the story. -- wet, dry, cold, cracking -- :?:

Jim from the Catch-22
We do have a one burner propane for fast coffee first thing out of the sack. Like on the Redfox propane makes to much sweat for cold weather. We need to look at more electric powered stoves or hot plates we do have the honda EU2000. Our wallace stove is just fine for most things and the BBQ...
What is the best way to cook and what cooks best for you?
This would be while on camping trips in your boat, using your boat stove.
Stove ?
Pans ?
BBQ ?
Just a question from the crew of the Catch - 22.

This is for Chuck S. from Cleveland.
How will I know when my signal is going into the sea or sky?
( I may need to rip my 8 ft. antenna off the old tub and install some 4 footers.)
thanks in advance
Jim
The EU-2000 works good for me but we don't need the air conditioner where we are.
Question for you --- do you have a good CO detector on the boat?
It could keep you from "waking up dead"
Stay cool and alive

OK now I've been looking in the photo albums at where everyone might keep the fish landing nets.
Either only a few folks fish or those that do must catch such small fish that a net isn't needed
Where do you keep your net while out in you C-Dory? In the rocket launchers on the radar arch...
(water tracks)
Pat what we did to find our leak on the Catch-22 was to put some sawdust on the cabin floor. This was after taking our dry deck out, and we could see a small "very small" stream coming from the foot pump for the fresh water system.
Like tracks in the sand, simple but water comes...
See page 51 in the Boat U.S. magazine May 2004 and you may find the boat of your dreams. " 25' C-Dory 1978 Freshwater, Johnson O/B, newer spin & cushions. Cradle & trlr. light use $7,995. NY(351)789-8185,"
Just could be a good boat for someone.

Each of these sites have personalities unlike the other and all are great.
The Red Fox may not have known he had personality. (great photos)
thanks again to all
Jim
Anyone know of other sites that talk about C-Dorys?
C-Brats and C-Dogs are it from what I can see. And yes they are great, just looking for other sites to see what I can see..

The more I look at this 10 HP kicker + the two 40 HP main engines the 10 HP may not be such a good thing to do.
Dragging a sea anchor may do the trick as long as I don't catch anything.
thanks to all
Jim
Thanks everyone for your feedback.
I think I have a line on a used 10 HP honda, but will need to look into how it would be mounted first.
