I had a Lowrance 320C and the antenna failed. :shock: Lowrance replaced it because I was still under warranty. Sold that boat. New boat and a Lowrance 520C. The antenna went out 3 months after warranty. :x Cost me $120.00 for the new antenna. :( I have no reason to buy another Lowrance...

I just returned from the Lake Powell C-Brats Sept. Cruise. I believe that Lake Powell was designed and built for 19' C-Dorys with 90 hp, no kicker, trim tabs, PERMATRIM :D, fuel tanks 90% full a launch, heavier stuff forward, one person and 35 lb doggie :wink:. The builders did a fantastic job...

I have never run my boats with the plug inserted from the inside. :shock: Never had one come out. Have had it leak a little because I didn't tighten enough. :shock: Some times I seem to over tighten. :(

I tow several things. A Scamp 19' trailer (3500 lbs) and a 19' C-Dory and trailer. I want all the tow power I can can get. Now I tow with a Dodge Dakota 4.7 V-8. We towed a Scamp 13"er ( loaded 2000 lbs ) with a 4 cyl. for awhile. Then moved up to the Dodge. Towed our C-Dory 16 for awhile. If...

You may now be dragging with your trim tabs too much down. But, you may know that. Most Dorys don't use trim tabs much with the Permatrim. Of course you know that will cause considerable additional drag when run with the Permatrim.
