Good point. The 22 Angler has a small cabin, so not much space to heat. And temps in the 30's-50's. I probably won't go out if it's below freezing. I'd also consider the little-buddy heater, although they do require a bit of ventilation I think.. Anyone used one of those?

When I go my C dory, it had a foam sleeve over the steering and throttle cables in the splash-well. But the sleeve was falling apart so I removed it. It looked similar to foam pipe insulation, and was zip-tied around the cable bundle. What is it's purpose? Should I bother trying to replace it?
