I do not recall, but you can simply cut the wide boards and lay them across the deck. Then mark shim/joist placement and measure from the bottom of the board to the floor at each point. Mine were fairly consistently sized fore to aft and only required straight cuts with a table saw...no guessing...

Many use the TH Marine Mini Jacker. It can be found cheaper on Amazon. I had to shim mine using 3/4in starboard to clear the trim tabs.
