It’s absurd that a boat ad can’t be edited after 30 minutes. What possible reason is there to disallow the original poster from deleting an ad? I had to repost my entire ad when I realized I had omitted an important bit of information. This policy needs to be changed.

A new C Dory 22 Cruiser is $85,000. I don’t care what the reason is, that’s insane. When you look at the late model used boat market for what you can get for $85k, if you buy a new 22 cruiser then you deserve what you get. I’ve owned a 22 Cruiser for 13 years. I wouldn’t buy a new one today.

Yes, this is trure for 2 reasons. The company that now owns c Dory has made the boats very expensive and they are requiring dealers to maintain a high volume of stock. Wefings wasn’t willing to do that, Three Rivers was.

My boat has a list to starboard as well. I bought some lead shot in bags for ballast that I have under my port front passenger seat.

Easy way to think of it is that a nautical mile is roughly 6000 ft vs 5200 for a statute mile. So the time it takes you to travel just under one and a quarter miles is your speed in knots. Very rough and not good for navigating but will get you in the ballpark.

I would not deal with Master Marine. I tried dealing with them on a 25 and found the experience unsatisfactory. I personally would not do business with them.
