What's a 1984 C-Dory 22' Cruiser worth?

A Classic 22 can be worth anywhere from around $15k to somewhere in the lower $20k's depending on condition and equipment. In my opinion, the one you're looking at is worth the $18.5k easily!
The only proviso at this time is that prices in general are depressed in the boat market with the discretionary $ being hard to come by, but even at that, the boat you're looking at would be a good deal.

Another CD 22, 1984 Angler in the Sacramento area. I think all the 1984's are the Classic Angler style, no cruisers.

And yes, all CD-22 boats before 1987 are Classics. In 1987, the Cruiser and Angler models replaced the Classic.
