What is a fair selling price for 07 22' Cruiser

I may be interested in selling my 2007 22' C-Dory and then purchasing a Tomcat.

What is a fair asking price for my 2007?

Most standard options, raised roof, windlass, trim tabs, swim step, low radar arch w/ rocket launchers, Shore power, dual axle trailer, 115 Suzuki w/ 200hrs, bimini w/ full cockpit enclosure...butane single burner stove.

Generally a well cared for boat.

I'm located in the northwest part of the Florida panhandle between Pensacola and Panama City....just north of Ft Walton Beach/Destin.

I would appreciate any thoughts

One way to figure it out is to look at what's sold in the past year or so. The quickest way would be to contact Marc over at Wefings and either put it up for sale there or else do a trade in on the TC of your dreams.

I'm talking to Marc...I just know that he will still need to sell my 22' if we do a trade.
 
If you really do a trade and not let him sell it on consignment, you're clear. You will probably get less because he's taking a risk.

A lady here in town is fixing to sell a tomcat, 06 I think
 
There is also one for sale in Port Townsend, at Sea Marine, but I would contact your broker on that one first.

I've seen the one in PT first hand....it's looks like a really nice boat. I think the sign said 99K

I think your boat (07) can stand up to any new one with a suzuki 115 and tandem trailer and the new fiberglass interior. The way you guys take care of your boat the last couple times i've seen it, you should ask around 40k+ considering a new one goes for 60k .

There is a tomcat down here in Cape coral if your interested and I think Wefings might have one also . Good Luck in your hunt send me a pm if your coming down to Naples area Jim and Loree
