I love the 22 anglers, I look at this boat and I can't help but think of how I could turn this boat into a sweet ride. I know it won't go for anywhere near the present bid of $3,200 but if it were to go cheap it would make a great project for some energetic person. My heart says "Let's have a look at this" but my old bones say "Don't you even think about it" lol. However for someone who may be interested I would pay special attention to the transom to make sure that it didn't sustain any damage when the motor was removed (however that may have happened) , I would definitely go thru the decking and hull with a moisture meter to insure the condition of the core. The boat may have been submerged so I'd look for conditions that would indicate such an event like soaked cushions or residue from water in places it shouldn't be, and verdigris on the wiring panels throughout the boat. The engine is a question also. It will need the lower unit looked at closely, the skeg looks like it needs at a minimum to be welded and possibly replaced.
If a person has some working skills and not afraid to tackle a hefty project and the price of entry is right then this could be an opportunity to make your dream come true.
