Vermonters Purchase C-Dory Tomcat from Wefings in Florida

David: Actually, I feel a bit silly. Never did try to see how fast it goes. Wonderfully smooth ride at all speeds we tried. Will have to get back to you next summer.

Boris: Yes, the autopilot is an X-5 Worked very well. Fun to have it integrated into the GPS to allow it to follow routes. Actually, it was a treat to have all the RayMarine instruments integrated. Waypoints on the GPS show up on the radar, lat/lon feeds into VHS, etc. Nice package - all selected and installed (including the tall radar arch) by the folks at Wefings.

Boris: actually we would LOVE to be able to spend time cruising when the boat is on it's way up. Maryland is very high on our list of must cruise destinations. Problem is vacation time. Actually the reason we downsized to the trailerable Tomcat is because we wanted more cruise time in far off places and wasting less time getting to the good cruising grounds. Looking foreword to cruising the waterways in Canada, the Erie Canal, the east coast, and beyond. Thanks for the suggestion.

Congrats.

You ar in a great cruising area. You will have to join our Erie Canal cruises.

Wow the flooring looks great Peter!

Also, Tomcat's with 175's should really be required to have flames painted on the side.... :smiled

Matt - don't give Linda any ideas :-)
