Update on the decision process

Hi all!

If you hadn't read my earlier posts I'm a CD owner wannabe. I got a greenlight to gather info on the various models and pros/cons when my better half admitted that an ocean-capable boat is in our (not too distant) future.

I hitched a ride with B~C and was quite impressed with his CD22 cruiser :thup but still wanted to see if I could 'get by' with a CD16.

Well, I stopped by SportCraft Marine in OregonCity and took a good close look at a CD16 o'er the w'end. One word - cute.

So, I don't think I wanna settle. While the CD16 is fishy no doubt, I'm relatively sure I can get my wife more interested in a CD22. Most likely the Angler, but I'm still researching that...

So, while I wait for the right one to come along (and gather more $$, my stepson just clubbered my truck to the tune of $2500!!!) keep us in your tho'ts and pass along any great deals you see.

Like a few others I'm absorbing all the great info the positive folks on this board provide so thanks alot for 'larnin' me. I'm reading even if I don't post that much I'm actually kinda shy... :embarrased

Thanks, Mark

(clubbered = clobbered hehe! - guess I was too upset to type it right! :teeth )

Hold out for that 22 Mark, of any model, you won't be sorry. The 16's and 19's are great boats too but if you can afford the extra room, the better half's seem to enjoy it!

In the meantime, recommend you "Clubber" (is that a word?) your stepson! :wink Or at least take away his keys! :thup
