If that vessel was being transported towards Seattle, my guess would be that it will be on display at the Pacific Marine Expo (working boat show) that commenced today and will continue tomorrow and Thursday.

Went to CenturyLink Field today to attend the Pacific Marine Expo. There was a minature aluminum boat just like this in one of the display booths.

Looks like a model of a gill net boat. They use them here in the sound and in Alaska. The reel on the back is for the net . The two uprights on the back are the guides that the net passes thru as a guide. the truck is armstrong's. They build custom boats for a verity of users.
