I just read an amazing book called "The Complete Guide To Trailering Your Boat". This is a United States Power Squadron Guide written by Bruce W Smith. Published in 2008, so it is pretty well up to date. I got it from my local library.
It covers absolutely everything from, vehicles, trailers, maintenance, hauling, launching, recovery, and lots more. I bet even the most experienced haulers among us would learn something new.

Cool Martin. But one could just get a copy of June's Pacific Yachting magazine to see everything I have learned about Trailering. I haven't submitted anything to them for years but I thought I'd like to do some more writing. The editor liked my piece! They have an exclusive BC cruising content so it may be tough to come up with things but one never knows. The boat shows well on the trailer so maybe we'll sell some c dorys too. George

Hi Charlie. I've checked with PY's editor and he's sending me a PDF version I can use. When I get it I'll see if I can post it. Thanks. George
 
Thank you Charlie for loading the trailering PDF into the documents section. Just the basics for a short how to article in BC's Pacific Yachting magazine. George

I just checked this book out too and was very impressed. I learned a lot, even though I have been trailering boats for 20+ years.
George's article is also great!
