TomCat 255 Height

Can anyone tell me how "tall" the TomCat sits while in the water (from the waterline to the top of the roof)? Also, what is the overall height of the boat (from the bottom of the hulls to the top of the roof)?
I ask because I am looking to get a house on the Lake of the Ozarks and most already have covered docks - I just need be sure they have enough room.
Thanks in advance.

I'll let you know by the weekend. The boat is on a lift now and I'm gonna haul it on Friday to do some work. Ill measure it when I drop it back in the water before I move it and when on the trailer, the overall height. Do you have anything on top of the boat? I know the anchor light (when installed) will add 18-24". I'm putting a 4KW radar on there on a 5" mount with a gps arm above it. I'll take pix and let you know.

These are farily rough measurements--with the boat on the lift. From water line to the top of the cabin is slightly under 7 feet. To clear the air conditioner and camper back (custom made--see my photo albums). is 8 feet and 9 feet clears all, including the running light in place and radar. But I do not have the radar arch. If the boat has an arch, then you have to add that to the 7 feet from the water line. Hard to imagine that there will be a boat house which would not clear the 9 feet. But be sure to allow for any wave action or rise in the lake!

My lift bunks are true 2 x 10 two on each side--the distance from the cross beam on the bottom of the lift to the top of the canvas camper back is 9 feet. I figure the draft at close to 17" and that is further aft--about 15" where I measured the height to the top. So I would say that about 8.25 feet to the top of the cabin from the bottom of the boat is fairly accurate.

Good luck on the house.
