Tips on starting the kicker

when i have left a engine sitting over winter after about three pulls on small motors i pull the plug squirt gas in replace plug, on larger motors (truck) i pour a little gas in the carb.. works every time (long as you have ignition) with me it save's the frustration and battery if you slip up and drop a little to much gas it will start to sputter after five pulls and start .. wc

Sorry, I was talking about the generator. So, after turning it off you open the side access and tip the unit over so the gas will drip out of the carb?

On the Honda EU 2000 you remove the side plate, close the air intake on the filler cap and open the drain screw on the side of the carb. There is a transparent tube that allows the fuel in the carb to drain onto the ground.
