Yeah, yeah, yeah.

It's a lousy pic, but it's the first one of Tiff and the horse she owns.

Thanks for all the nice comments on the last horse thread.

I think we should name the horse Radar. That's what it cost me this year.

Thanks. Today was a good day for Tiffany and grandma, too.

First, when Kay told the lady that Tiffany really wanted that horse, she said she would make her a deal and knocked $500 off the price. Then she threw in all the Western tack (that's horseman talk for saddle and junk) along with it. Not bad. We also saved who knows how many trips around the state looking for the right one, and postponed the need for a trailer since the horse is already where it is going to live.

Second, the grocery store called Kay and told her she won some drawing she had entered and gave her a $50 gift certificate for Cabella's. That should have been good news for me, but no, Kays is using it to buy some field boots for the kid.

I guess I had a good day, too. I got called into work at 3:00 am, and then worked all day today. That will pay for some horse chow. Plus, I got to get my biggest little girl something very important to her.

way to go, I'll bet she's one happy girl.....you know in the old days they used to fish for stugeon with horses :)

BC - I too had pointed that out in an earlier thread. Mike just needs to figure out get that horse on the boat! If it can find the way home, and sniff out oncoming traffic, it might serve as radar too. Hell, some animal are claimed to have some ability to predict weather so that horse might be a full instrument package upgrade...

Great for Tiffany; the look on her face tells the story. That trailer next to Tiffany & the horse might make a new cruiser. Can it be modified with a forward-facing Barber Chair?

Next time I'm out cruising and hear "hoof beats", I'll know that the "Tyboo" is closing in on me! (Can't wait to hear his horn "whinny"!)

Cool Mike, you wanted more horsepower and now you've got it! You're going to have to make an appointment with Tiffany to use it though.

I think Tiffany and Grandpa and Grandma are all mighty fortunate......
....and the horse ain't doin' too bad either!

Tiffany will have a good experience with the 4-H group. Great people.
Check out our web sight we know a lot more about horses than boating.
would be glad to answer any questions or at least try.
again she will :love it

Great Photos, Mike. Looks like you made one young lady mighty happy!

I notice the horse's ears are turned back only for you. What were you saying? :crook

I can explain the last picture. You see, I have taken to calling that horse Radar, the thing on his head is a Washdown Pump, and that leather thing on his back is called a Navman. I just wanted to see what it was like to have those things. Now we have to get a way to haul the critter around, and it looks like a SeaStar hydraulic steering system to hook on the back of the truck is what it will take.

The saddest picture of the bunch is the fourth one. Jamie was a little scared of them big animals until we talked her into just sitting on him. Now we got problems.
