I just don't know what to say.
My boat sunk today :o ...

Who would have thunk that could happen in the driveway?

Damn. I was just about ready to start the project on it, too.

If it is still in the driveway, try pulling the plug.

Don't know what to say, thought CD's were unsinkable in the driveway. :?
Does your driveway backup to a cliff overlooking a body of water?

I've heard of sunken living rooms....You might call Joel R., he's in the salvage diving business ya know

Well it held water so well I thought it might float and I was right, took a lil cruise with bout 300 of my best new friends
Must have been some tourney or sumpin.

Anyway, after the storm there was a lot of snow and ice in the boat. When I checked it during the thaw I found lots of water in the cockpit and (gasp) about a foot of water in the cabin :o .

Further investigation revealed that a switch had shorted. The bilge pump still works off the float switch but the bilge pump switch fuse is blown... figure that one out. The momentary side of the switch is not functional.

I am having a hard time finding a replacement switch. Any ideas?

A lil mechanical manupulation of the float switch after a manual bucket brigade was the temporary ticket.

Feel free to start drawing something up as I procure a new switch (soon as I can find one) to keep it from happening again.

How much special ice do you want for the job and which brew do you prefer?
