splashwell cooler rack

I would like to buy a stainless steel splashwell cooler rack for a 22 cruiser. I saw a picture of one on this website at least once. How would I go about finding one or have one made. I looked through the forum pages on cockpits and saw some splashwell modifications, but not the one I have in mind.

I just spoke with him today about making interior grab rails and rocket launchers for my boat.
