speaker location?

19 Angler
Hello all,
I am looking to mount a couple of stereo speakers on my 19' Angler and thinking of mounting on the front of the port and starboard seat boxes facing towards the berth. Anyone done it like this and what are your thoughts if so. Not a whole lotta options for location on the 19'.

A lot of 22's put them at the extreme outboard back of the cabin roof. On my 19 I was going to do that but didn't do a stereo. My 22 has them there take up no room
 
Thanks - I don't have that much space so probably gonna mount them where I am thinking. Thanks for the info!!
 
Just don't put 'em next to the compass :cry
