SOLD - 2007 16' Cruiser on Trailer-San Juan Island

Time has come to sell our Cruiser. We bought a 22' SeaSport last year and had planned on keeping the Cruiser because it is so handy and easy to use, but lack of use, lack of foreseeable opportunities and other factors tel me it makes no sense to keep her.

Economical to run, handles about any water you are brave enough to go out in. Safe, comfy, versatile. 4 stroke 50 HO Evinrude (unknown hours, hour meter does not work, runs fantastic) and 2.5 HP Yamaha troller/get ya home. Dual tanks, wired for dual batteries and pot puller. LED deck/docking lights. Lowrance Elite 5 electronics. Cabin enclosure is in good shape, fastback cockpit cover is functional, but getting a bit old and needs a small tear repaired. Trailer is in very good shape with wet hubs. Just add water!

Overall very nice shape, green stripe could use some elbow grease to bring the color out. She has a few chips in her gel coat, but nothing serious. I'm happy to talk about the boat and get more pictures for interested parties.

$15595.00

Boat is located on San Juan Island. Thanks for looking!

Ooops... guess I should do my homework before touching the keyboard.
Please note that the boat has a 50 HP Mercury outboard., not an Evinrude.
Sorry for the confusion.

I would like to add that this forum has been good to me. Lots of good info and help along the way.
With that in mind, while I don't NEED to sell the boat, I do WANT to find it a new home.
I had a bit of a hard time coming up with a asking price. I know the lack of documented hours is a stumbling block, but I also believe the boat is on the lower hour end of the scale and it does run great.
I'm open to reasonable offers as well as input if I'm way off the mark on the price.
Over 100 views and no comments, it just makes me wonder....
Thanks to all who have taken a look!

You have had this boat sale posted for just over 24 hours. + views, not bad, but expecting comments, I don't know, What do you want to hear? The question about total hours -- You already addressed that. Now if you were expecting a sale in 48 hours, that can and has happened BUT it takes the right match of boat, buyer and price. I would say, just keep breathing, "It' a good habit" and have a little patience my friend, Half of us are wishing we were where you are, and the other half, maybe they don't have a clue. Time will tell, so take some and enjoy, and best of luck with that other 22.

That’s a sweet little boat you have. Thanks for posting the additional pictures too. Unfortunately for me, this won’t fit in my tiny one car garage or I’d jump in my car and go take a look.
Good Luck!

Aaron,
Thanks for the comment.
Do note that the trailer tongue folds, making the rig about 18' on the trailer.
I think it's about 7'6" tall, maybe just barely under 8'
Still probably too big for a small one car garage, but thought I'd share some more info.
Best Wishes,
Doug

Yes, that's her! Great little boat.
I wondered if the new owners would keep her as they had sold a 23' Skagit Orca (or that's what I think I heard) and we are talking apples and oranges....

Hey Reddog,

I actually called about this boat (a day late!) when you had it for sale. I'm still interested (would definitely be an upgrade from my 12' white water raft I'm currently crabbing out of). Just curious if it being reposted so quickly brings up any red flags for you or if you think it is just a size issue with the new owner. I'll contact them directly of course, but was curious to know if you (or anyone else) had any thoughts.
