We are putting our 22 up for sale because we have rarely used it. I thought we would use both our Tom Cat and the 22 but health issues and changing priorities have led us to this decision.

This boat was owned by Brent and Dixie's relatives in Utah. I saw it when I was in the FL Keys with the Tom Cat and found out it was going to be for sale, and Marc Grove at Wefing's brokered the deal. When I got back to WA I drove to Salt Lake City and picked up the boat. At the time it had about 100 hours on the motors and now it has just a few more.

The boat is very well equipped for NW cruising. Equipment includes:

Grey trim, tan interior
2 x 40 hp Hondas
Pacific trailer
Lewmar anchor windlass
Upgraded aft battery compartment hatches
New AGM batteries
Bennett trim tabs
Permatrims
Scotty downrigger mounts & electric connectors
Raymarine C-80 with GPS, depthfinder, radar
Raymarine S100 autopilot
Standard Horizon (I think) VHF radio
TV
Stereo
Wallas (2 burner)
Refrigerator has been removed
Custom steering mod to move helm further away from seat (more clearance for my belly!)
Full canvas
Boat cover

Photos may be seen in my album

I see from some previous ads here that some sellers have had problems with lowball and/or anonymous offers. Thus I also will not negotiate via email. Come see the boat and if interested, make an offer.

Nice boat. A bargain for someone. I searched a long time for such a a boat at such a price, but had to finally spend close to 50 grand for my 2007 with twin Suzies. I'd have bought your boat in a heartbeat at your price. Good luck. I'm sure it will move quickly.

I have received an offer (very quickly!) on this boat from an out-of-state buyer. I agreed to give this buyer time to put together a deal so if you are interested in the boat, email me and I will let you know if or when it becomes available again.

Thanks.

I am keeping the Lowrance fishfinder that you can see on the port side. Unfortunately, removing it will leave some holes in the top of the dashboard. I will repair the gelcoat on the transom where the transducer was mounted. I can probably get someone local to fill all the holes in the dashboard if the buyer wants to pay for it.

I now have 3 parties interested in the boat. I am waiting for the first party to get approval from his better half (you know how that goes.)

Warren, Good to see you back on the site. Congrats on a quick sale. Hope it all comes together well for you. It does sound like a good deal for a well equipped boat.

We have decided to have Les at EQ sell the boat for us. Please contact him for sales information. It is there now.

Thanks for your interest.

Thanks, Marty. I've always had a good experience working with EQ.

I received an email from an individual who thought the boat was sold. It has not sold yet (but hopefully will be sold quickly! :D )

To learn more about the boat call Les at (360) 679-4783. I only took the boat there yesterday (Saturday) afternoon so he has not had time to get it on his website (eqmarine.com).

Just to close out this thread, the 22 has been sold, to a gentleman I knew from my days in Salt Lake, who now divides his time between WI and FL. I have no idea if the new owner will become a Brat, though.

I can't say enough about how helpful Les and Kathy (EQ) were in this process, as was my bud Tom Elliott for sea-trialing the boat before delivery to the new owner, which I could not do due to obligations out of town.

Much happier being a one-boat family now. My eyes were bigger than my stomach, as the saying goes.
