2001 C-Dory 22 Cruiser, $27,500 in Bremerton, Washington

It’s been fun to explore the inlets and marinas of Puget Sound on the good ship Lumpsucker. Work is posting me to the Midwest for at least a year, so it’s time to pass her on to somebody who will enjoy this fine little craft. She’s in great condition, with a few upgrades over original equipment. She was a freshwater boat in the Midwest for most of her life, and has spent the last few summers in Puget Sound and San Juan Islands.

. Twin 40 hp Honda outboards ~1,240 hours, Racor filters/water separators

. Single axle EZ Loader trailer, current tabs, bearings and lights replaced in 2018

. Custom Sunbrella canvas – green to match the boat:
1. Full-length Sunbrella boat storage and transit cover
2. Bimini converts to full camper back with zip-out screened vinyl windows. Includes a snap-on bimini cover when the bimini is stowed for travel
3. Separate slant back moorage cover for cockpit

. Garmin 7610xsv - High quality 10-inch multi-touch widescreen with built-in dual CHIRP sonar plus CHIRP ClearVü and CHIRP SideVü scanning sonar, $2500 new
( https://buy.garmin.com/en-US/US/p/169208 )

. Two start batteries, one house battery, all new 2018
. Bottom paint over epoxy barrier coat
. Rule automatic bilge pumps – aft and midships
. Standard Horizon Matrix AIS/GPS VHF Radio
. Scotty downrigger / pot puller mounts on gunwales
. Shore power with (2) smart plug cords
. Newer ProSport HD20 – 20-amp battery charger, $250 new
. Wallas stove and cabin heater – original still works well, good condition
. Windshield wipers - electric for pilot, manual for passenger
. Yakima roof rack for kayak, dinghy, Rocket Box
. Danforth bow roller
. Rocna 22 anchor with chain and rode
. Dry-deck floor mats in cockpit and cabin
. Cuddy and cabin upholstery is in great shape
. Documents – original owner manuals; manuals for upgrade equipment; service records

Fenders, dock lines, life preservers are aboard – she’s ready to hit the water tomorrow.

I leave in April. We'd like to give folks on C-Brats a chance before we deliver to a broker.
On April 1, 2020, it goes to a broker in Port Orchard (broker commission price will go up 10%).

She is currently at a Bremerton marina, available for sea trials for the next couple weeks.

I will post photos shortly.

Here are photos of her past life in Bellingham:

Might just be me, but the pictures aren't loading.
What's your availability like this weekend, or possibly Thursday night?

Pix loaded for me last night, but do not now.

Brian had us on Lumpsucker this weekend (thank you Brian!) and it's really well outfitted if anyone is looking. I was really impressed by the shore power setup and plethora of canvas. Since Heather is new to C-Dorys, but not boating in general, I don't know if we will have a decision made in time to grab this one so I just wanted to say for anyone else looking, that I thought this was a great boat for the PNW region.

Heater was working great, good canvas setup, great shore power. I would not hesitate to grab this boat.

Thank you, Dustin! It was a pleasure to meet you and Heather. Thanks for the plug. :D

For those interested, I posted some photos of the trailer yesterday.

She is in the hands of a new owner.
Still in Washington, very nice family, in plenty of time for a good season of boating.

Fair winds and following seas...!
