2001 Honda BF90 with 1200hrs
2000 LoadRite trailer

Kittiwake is presently on the Chesapeake bay finishing the Great American loop.
We cross our wake in Philadelphia early to mid June.
Kittiwake is a three owner boat. The previous two owners used it only in fresh water, stored it indoors or on a covered boat lift.
I purchased the boat in late 2019 to do the loop but the pandemic forced us to delay for a year. The boat was stored on its trailer indoors and only used a few times until June 2021 when we left for the great loop.
All the recent equipment and modifications were completed between 2019 and 2021 before we left. The boat is set up for cruising and is ready for your off-grid adventures. It’s not a show boat but it’ll get you there(and back) all day, everyday.

Not sure where you are in your loop trip but I am flying into Philly on the 15th of June and will be in DC for a day and then Long Island for a bit.
 
Congratulations to Sebastian and Tasha on completion of the loop. We are familiar with the boat, and it will make some C Brat a solid cruising boat. Sebastian has been very good with his maintenance.

Of course it’s bitter sweet to be almost done
With our year-long trip and to be parting with our floating home but boats need to be used and life in Philadelphia and work beckon. But not before a summer of exciting non-boat travel plans.

Report that kittiwake is out of the water on its trailer and awaiting to be whisked off on a flat bed to Idaho for its new owners who will eventually take it to Baja California!
It was a great American loop boat, we took full advantage of the shallow draft and go-fast flexibility of the 22 cruiser - I could see another C-dory somewhere in our future for sure but until then thank you to the
C-brats community for being so insightful and supportive during my ownership of kittiwake.
 
Thank you Sebastien & Tasha. I look forward to many great cruising days on the Kittiwake. We are excited to be part of the C-Brat community and look forward all their collective wisdoms as problems arise. It was well worth the effort to go out to Philly, just to listen and learn from their experience of living aboard the Kittiwake for one year doing the Great Loop. Thanks again, it's our turn now!
