"I CAN'T BUY YOUR BOAT the radar dome is mounted too high to fit into my garage", a prospective buyer told me this a few days ago. So next day I grabbed my Bosh laser ruler and measured the top of the dome at 7 ft. 9 inches above ground. My 8 foot garage door measures at a 7 ft. 11 inch opening. A careful 2 inch clearance. I wish I had known this before

Deflating the tires before entering/exiting also works for a few inches; in case someone else has the concern even with the new measurements.
