I imagine the Canadians may have "reconsidered"...I mean, since it may be a bit "hot" and all....an you say radioactive? Just a possibility.

Sunk in >9,000 feet of water! No one's gonna ever see THAT ship again.
 
Maybe, like me they just read the expiration dates on their "fireworks" and they have a load of 25mm to get rid of.
