Sliding Window Pane Replacement - Help!

Just did this last summer, the only thing you unscrew is the center post of the slider from inside. everything else is seals and runners that slide out forward as you move the window back. I think i posted a few pics in my album- then I took the glass to a local auto glass and they cut me two for $150 each within a week(they also do local marine/Boat work in SW washington) hardest part was removing the handles. Also replaced outside rubbers and that was really a task, better on a warm day-

I was able to remove the runner pieces in the top track but the "handle?" - the aluminum bar on the back edge of the window - keeps me from being able to lift out the window. I assume I need to remove it but no clue how and don't want to damage it. Ideas?

Well, other posts clued me in. Its just held in by the rubber insert and some strategic tapping with a piece of wood loosened everything up.
