Shrimping on the Canadian side

OK, the email exchange with the Crab Nazis was back in October 2008, and I guess I must have deleted it the last time I was cleaining out the 5000 emails in my Inbox, sorry!

Pat, since you are a lawyer, why don't you file a suit asking for a declaratory judgement about what the regs mean?
