Shrimping 2005 - going, going, gone (in areas 9,10 and 11)

Well, cruising is always an enjoyable pastime...Tomorrow was going to be our day for Hood Canal shrimping, but not to be for us this year...getting the boat today, but no time to rig the davit, and just get the boat ready. Maybe we'll try Canadian waters later.

The new management plan to open up everything on the same day and "spread the effort" to "extend the season" worked like a charm...... :thdown . Glad I didn't go out an buy a new pot to replace the one I lost.... guess I'll be up in area 8.2 or 7 this weekend....

I was thinking about Hood canal too but I just can't bring myself to the "ramp wars" associated with shrimping on the Hood canal.... BTW - Time to change your signature from "Boatless...." to "Grinning ear-to-ear with a new 25"

Well, you would have thought so, wouldn't you. Will have to wait until tomorrow to change it, STILL boatless today...
