Over on the Rosborough list one member is advocating replacing sheet metal trailer couplers with "drop forged couplers made buy Bulldog and others that will
not wear out and pop off the ball like the sheetmetal couplers".
This is the first I have ever read about this problem, if indeed it is a problem. What is the wisdom of the collective regarding this?
The same person also advocates greasing the trailer ball every trip, which sounds like a good idea!
