Update USAA provided 100% financing over 10 years on 1992 Cruiser, C-Pelican, at 4.49% based upon a strong Marine Survey, and FICO. Pretty amazing.

USAA financed my boat as well 100%. Had a check for $22,000. within one week of starting the loan process.
