"After 23 consecutive days of measurable rain, Seattle is closing in on a record so dismal even forecasters in this city famous for its gray skies are complaining." - msnbc
I know this looks bad, your having an address in nevada, but this is pretty standard fare for the rest of us. At least in seattle it doesn't really rain that hard, not like in oregon. But in oregon we get sun breaks, seattle has a suicide season that runs from October 1 to July 4. Just constant wet drizzle.
El and Bill: Hope you two are going to be available to meet me and my wife sometime between the friday night gathering and the one on saturday night. We are starting to make plans for the Great Loop and some other trips and would really appreciate your input. I have lived aboard before but never on a small power boat. So it is going to be a new experience for both of us.
We will be staying at the "C-Dory" motel and be at the parties both nights and the boat show Friday and in-water show on Saturday. Let's get together -- would love to share thoughts and ideas about doing the Loop.
