Scout a boat for me in Oxnard area?

I found a listing for a 22' Angler in the Oxnard area. I don't want to say too much for fear of being scooped. I'm up in Oregon and even though the price seems very favorable, I don't dare jumping on it without real eyeballs reporting on it to me. The seller says it's worth just what it's priced at ($9,000), no more, so I'm wondering how bad can it be? Is there anyone who could take a look at it for me without driving too far or spending too much of their valuable time? If so, please call or respond to this. Is the boat you are looking at an older model- say '82 or 83? Is it the one that is in the yard at the Channel Islands Landing? If so- it has seen some use. I'll be at the landing tomorrow and will give you a call if this is the one.
 
Thanks to Nancy H and Fishtales for getting me info on this boat so quickly. My phone rang just 3 minutes after posting! That's quick response. I deferred on the boat after hearing what they had to say. Maybe if I'd been close enough to see myself I'd have tried to dicker, but it sounded too iffy to do from a distance.
