SBS Gathering at Snoqualmie Falls Taproom Friday 1/25

OK folks. I've updated my list and it currently has 32 people attending with 12 riding in the van. Please take a look at this link to make sure you are on the list if you plan to attend (and not on it if you don't). Also please confirm that you are/are not riding in the van. We still have room for 3 more in the van plus several have volunteered to drive. So at this point, I only plan on renting the one van. The total cost to rent the van is $126.93 which I planned to cover out of my pocket. However, if the riders wish to chip in a bit, I'd appreciate that.

Hi Roger. Valerie and I are on the list and will need the ride in the Van. We will be in early afternoon Friday so just need to know where to hook up with you.
Cheers

You're on the list for both. The plan is that the van will leave from Occidental Ave. S, on the west end and just N. of Century Link Field. We'll leave around 4:20 PM. If you go to this link for a Google map, you'll see where Occidental widens out a bit on the NW corner of the large parking lot. That's the planned pickup location.

OK - moknots. I've added you and your spouse to the list and I've added Denniss (a new member who has never yet posted) and his spouse to the list. I'm assuming that Denniss (who is coming by train from Wisc.) and his wife also want to ride in the van. So, I've removed myself and my wife from the van to make room for the four newcomers. That means Joyce and I will drive and we'll have space for 2 more. So the list is now up to 38 attending and 15 in the van. I know a couple of others have offered to drive but I can't remember who so please remind me. We may need you yet.

So the current list has 42 attending the Taproom event and 15 in the van. There's space for 2 more in my car + a few others said they'd drive if we need it.

I also would like to attend the Tap Room get together (In need of a ride also... If there is room) Thanks Dennis
Denniss,

I already have you and your spouse on the attendee list for this and have you two riding in the van. See you later this week!

Roger,do you know if that parking lot where the van is going to pick people up at,will still be open when the van returns?
Rob - I'm 90% certain that the surface lot there will be open. I'll check to make sure but I don't remember any gates. I think staff just collects money from you on the way in, and you drive out unimpeded.

Looks like the final count for the C-Brat Taproom soiree tonight is at 43. I am really looking forward to meeting Sam Landsman and seeing his presentation! Scott Boysen from Triton Marine has said he will be there, and he is trying to get the CEO of Waypoint Boats, the Seattle Sea Sport / C-Dory dealer to come. Should be very interesting!

The soiree at the Taproom was fantastic! Scott Boysen was a no show, but Sam Landsman's "22 Feet to Alaska" presentation was terrific! The food and beer were great as usual, but most of all, it was a wonderful opportunity to catch with a lot of good friends we had not seen for a while. If you missed it, you should have been there! Thanks to Roger for the vans, too!
