your boat will do splendiferic, all you need to do to make it a proper B10 boat is hang a bunch of tires off the gunnels for use as bumpers.....maybe an automatic weapon mounted up front would be a good option also. The slow planing speed of the C-D hull is a plus when it gets real snoty, it's nice to have a controllable boat at slow speeds rather than a whallering around deep v.
The SSJ folks are a pretty good bunch, we had them aboard for some quality fishing in 07, fun time, good folks. They had a pretty good write up of the adventure in the 08 issue of the "Traveling Angler"
