Recommendations requested for where to camp

Hi

My wife and I would like to go camping with some friends and our children.

We live on Bainbridge and our friends live near Gig Harbor.

Could anyone suggest a camping location which we could cruise to on the boat and our friends could drive to and meet us with their car?

All of our kids are 6 or younger so the distance to travel shouldn't be all too far, perhaps near Gig Harbor, Tacoma, Vashon, etc.

Penrose Point State Park and Joemma State Park are located on the Key Peninsula. Both have docks and camping, both no more than 1 hour or so from GH.
Joemma has lots of slips, but it can get bumpy on a big south
wind.
Kopachuck State Park is nice, but no dock. There are limited
bouys. 15 minutes from GH.
