ProPulse / Honda BF40 Prop Question

So... Awhile back, I asked a few questions here about ProPulse Props. Got some great information and thank you all for that. There were pros/cons, kudos and some downers. All in all, I opted for a couple of these and bought them a couple of months ago.

Naturally, being the on the spot guy that I am, they sat in the box while it snowed and did more of that nasty winter thing. So, I'm about to get to go to Lake Powell for the first time since last fall and I go out to attach these props to my motors and viola, I don't have the right parts.

My current props slide on the shaft, then a flat washer goes over them, then another washer, then the nut an cotter pin. A pretty simple operation. The ProPulse props do not have the same flat back that the old Michigan props had and the back has a strange shape to it, with a couple of tits sticking up that go in some holes in a different washer. Here is the page from the install manual. The diagram in the upper left is the one of interest. The two small circles would be holes that a small tit on the prop would fit. The semi-circular sides would be raised to fit into a similarly shaped channel on the prop itself:

The engines are Honda BF40's. As can be seen, the directions indicate that you install the prop, then use the old washer (B) that supposedly comes from Honda. I looked online, I went to a Honda dealer, I've been to West Marine, I've been to a couple of boat shops. Zilch, nada, nothing. I can't find the washer that I need to fit over the props.

My question to anyone is whether you might have a source for such a washer. I have one more prop shop locally that I haven't tried (they were closed today) but I figure since I live in Colorado and boating is not exactly the number one pastime, the marine shops here are not gonna be my best bet.

If anyone has any sources I might try, I would appreciate any info you might come up with

Them are some confusing directions . In print it says you don't need anything . The front [fore] thrust washer is reused . They just happen to have a picture of what appears to be a Suzuki washer [fig. B ]as a generic . Put it on with the old hardware and see if it rubs or spins freely .If its free you should be good . Make sure there is no fore and aft play in the prop on the shaft and its on tight ,but not too tight . Prop nut kits should be available at the dealer . If they don't know what that is , find another dealer .

I'll have to take a photo of the prop itself. The rear of the shaft (where the washer goes) has two semi-circular indentations on the side and the two tits that stick up. The flat Honda washer only touches the prop on the two tits and nowhere else. It isn't possible to put the washer on. I have contemplated removing the tits and using the flat washer, but that would be the last resort. I'd rather have the washer that fits the shape and do it right, I just need to find a washer. As for a dealer, the only "dealer" I've contacted has been the local Honda dealer and 99% of their business is motorcycles and ATV's. They are the only authorized dealer in the area. The sell Honda marine, but they really aren't a boat shop. From what you say, maybe I need a Suzuki washer. I'll keep looking.

I sent an inquiry to ProPulse. I was hoping not to have to go directly to them. I'm beginning to think I may not have gotten all the components required in the box. One box had a couple of items the other didn't, but neither had what it appears I need. I'll keep looking and hope I hear from ProPulse.
