Price Advice - Selling My 22’ C-Dory

Hi,

I am looking for advice on pricing my C-Dory ~ Mermaid’s Dream.

Due to my health I can no longer enjoy her and would like to see her go to someone who can.

I purchased her for $19,900 and have since put in several thousands of dollars in repairs and replacement parts and have all the receipts for as well as the additional equipment that I purchased.

I have her listed for $21,500 OBO

Attached is a PDF of her equipment.

Am I in the right ballpark or did I pay too much to begin with and won’t recoup any of the money I put into her?

Any guidance on pricing her that you can give me would be much appreciated.

Hello, I'm in philadelphia and am actively shopping for a C-dory 22 cruiser and I think yours is the sort I am looking for and in is the right ball park (i've been looking for a long time to familiarise myself with the market) and within my budget.

I could make a deposit and come down to look at it as early as this weekend.

The photo album shows a single 50 hp. A few of the boats were rigged that way.

The boat was sold on July 25 and left for its new home then.
