Preparing for pre-purchase survey

It's my very good fortune to be in the process of purchasing a 2004 CD-25. The survey and sea trial will be next Wednesday. I would appreciate any thoughts on particular areas on an '04 25' hull and cabin that might merit special attention. The boat has the standard Cruiser equipment plus Cruiseair. Power is a 135 Honda with 150 hours. She has been used in the Upper Chesapeake. Thanks in advance.
 
Unless it's been run into something, there should be NO area of an '04 that require special attention in a survey. These hulls last forever. I would check any through holes but that's pretty obvious for a surveyor.
