Permatrim Anti-cavitation plate

I am the recent owner of a C-Dory, 08 with a Yamaha 115 engine. I am considering mounting a Permatrim anti-cavitation plate to the engine. Any comments or suggestions regarding this product (increase in fuel efficiency, smother ride, speed increase, etc, difficulty/ease of installation) would be appreciated. Thanks, Nick

Nick, someone will probably do it for you, we're an incredibly helpful bunch of folks, but if you use the search function on the top of the page, and search for "permatrim" and either "topics" or "posts", you'll have it all a lot quicker.

I've got a set myself for the TC twins but they're still on the shelf in the boat barn so I can't comment on how they work for me! :lol:
