One of the guys (and perhaps both) who had signed up to go fishing with me on Aug 18th at Neah Bay can't make it. If a C-brat wants to get into some fish, PM me and I'll take you out.

This is a no-brainer guys - JUMP on it! Here is the tale of our day in Neah Bay yesterday...fish are guaranteed, seriously!

I would love to jump on it. However, my mother who will be arriving late next week from Albuquerque may notice my absence. And my 45th HS reunion is on the 18th. Other than that I'll take a rain check if they are being given out.

David,

Any guy who is a co-owner of a brewery, a fine craftsman and a truly nice guy like you can have a rain check! Other than this trip, it will likely be next year before I get to Neah Bay again, but try to leave the first or second week of August 08 open.

No more open seat - weather is looking iffy for Sat. - 20-25MPH winds from the south and 4-6' swells at 4-5s. Doesn't look like fun to me and Sun is predicted to be even worse. I'll be leaving Neah Bay on Fri.

Roger-
Thanks a double bunch for allowing me to tag along for two fun, fish catching days. I hate to admit it but funky chicken spoons are now an endangered species in our area. I bought all I could find and want more.
I got home right at 10 pm last evening, left the fish in the camper freezer, and slept real fast so I could be at work by 5 this morning.
There must have been extra gravity because I had to pry myself out of bed at 4am. It's never hard to get up at 4 am when you are going fishing so it must be a work/gravity thing.
At the pace you have been catching hatchery silvers, they may be placed on the endangered species list. Keep it up!
Have a safe trip home on Friday, the fish can use a rest.
