While going out the inlet this morning I came across what appears to be a flats boat upside down in front of a public boat ramp. Nobody was around and the lower unit was sticking up. It was real foggy and if I had been going any faster than the 10 mph I was cruising I may have hit it. I'm guessing someone launched and forgot to put the plug in. Picture is poor quality taken with cell phone. I came back after the fog lifted and snapped the picture.
