Nice Dory for sale

Hi all,

For fun I often browse locally at C Dorys for sale and came across this boat this morning. I know nothing about it or the owner, but saw the ad and remember seeing some recent posts of people interested in purchasing a C Dory. Looks nice and a fair price since no repower is needed with a 90 EFI yamaha.

I guess the owner isn't a brat.

The ad says Johnson, but photos show the Yamaha, what gives? Typo? Misrepresentation? Seems like an excellent price, but I'd find out more about it...
 
Seems like an great boat but I would also inquire about the motor. I really love the hull stripe color. I've never seen that color before. Is it rare?
 
Spoke with the owner quickly. Seems very nice. Said that "Johnson" was a typo, not sure why they wrote it. I advised them of this site which they may post on, but said there has already been interest and a potential deposit soon. Again, I have no knowledge of the boat or owner besides the ad and quickly speaking to them. Just putting it out there for potential buyers on this site since it looked like a good deal.

I would be looking at it ASAP if I didn't already have mine.
