hello all...

we are the new owners of the former 'marlaze', out of coos bay.

we're having a ball familiarizing ourselves with her. she's a real treat compared to previously owned boats. so responsive and agile!
we have grand expectations for her, as we've decided this will (probably) be the last boat we own...

anyhoo, just wanted to 'pipe in', and say howdy.

M-n-S

(still working on an appropriate name for her/us) :thup

Hi Mitch & Sharyn,

Just so happens I took a photo of the Marlaze back in 2005 when we stopped at Winchester Bay (on the way to Coos Bay/North Bend/Bandon). You can find that photo in the R-Matey album, 'C-Dory's, Ventures & Tugs, etc'...I think on page 7.

Meanwhile, congratulations on the purchase of your C-Dory & welcome to the C-Brats.

MnS,
Congratulations on your boat. How do you plan to use it? Fishing? Crabbing? We hope to get down your way some day. As for now we stay pretty busy in the spring and summer around the mouth of the Columbia.

Welcome aboard!

Congrats! The 16 Angler is an awesome boat, we just love ours! Responsive and agile, for sure, but I am blown away by its seaworthiness for such a small boat. Hope to see you on some the water for some CBGT (C-Brat Get Together)!

Welcome to the pub. My brother lives in coos bay and we get down there once a year or so. Nice area but you have to watch the bar. I have not had my boat down there but its fun to walk out on the wall and see all the boats trying to come in. Are you going to run off shore to crab?
